Lobby rules

Identity and in-game names

• Your registered IGN and numeric UID must match the account that actually plays.
• A UID is unique across the platform — the same player account cannot appear on two teams.
• UIDs are digits only. BGMI shows this as your Character ID.
• IGN checks are run against lobbies. Mismatches are flagged and can cost the slot.

Rosters and substitutes

• 4 players with complete profiles are required before booking.
• Up to 2 substitutes may be carried — a 6-player roster.
• Roles available: IGL, Assaulter, Support, Sniper, Flex.
• A player committed to two lobbies whose match times overlap is rejected at booking — across every team and both titles.
• Check in before match 1 and confirm who is fielding.

Schedule and maps

Sessions run daily. Several lobbies may run in the same tier on one day at different times; each is booked separately and scored separately.

Room credentials

• Released shortly before each match — per match, not all at once.
• Delivered to your lobby page and by email to the captain.
• Sharing credentials outside your roster is grounds for removal.
• A delayed match is announced on the lobby page; credentials follow the new time.

Conduct, cancellations and refunds

• Teaming, abuse and any form of cheating remove the team and forfeit the entry fee.
• A booking cancelled by an admin is refunded to the original payment method.
• If a lobby fills while your payment is in flight, the payment is refunded automatically.
• Package credits spent on a cancelled booking are handled case by case — contact support.
• No-shows keep their slot occupied and are not refunded.
