Frequently asked questions

Entry, rosters, packages, voting and prizes. If something here contradicts a page, the page wins — these answers are summaries.

Do I need to pay to compete?

No. The free community lobby has no entry fee — you enter, share your vote link, and the top teams by fan votes get the slots. Paid lobbies cost ₹200 to ₹300 per team.

How many players do I need?

4 players with complete profiles before you can book, plus up to 2 substitutes.

What's the difference between a paid lobby and a package?

Nothing on match day. A package is prepaid — ₹250 per Tier 1 session instead of ₹300 — and there's no payment step when you book.

Do unused package sessions roll over?

No. They expire at the end of the validity window and are not refunded. Buy the size you'll actually play.

Can I use a package credit on Tier 2 or 3?

No. Packages cover Tier 1 only.

Can one Google account vote more than once?

No. One vote per account per session, for one team. The limit is enforced by the database, not by a page check.

Can I change my vote?

No. Votes are final once cast.

What stops teams from buying votes?

Per-network and per-device ceilings, full recording of every vote's network, device and account age, and bulk disqualification with an immediate recount. Google accounts are free, so nothing makes farming impossible — these make it expensive and visible. See vote integrity.

Is the Fan Favourite the same as winning the lobby?

No — they're independent. The lobby is decided on points, the Fan Favourite on votes. One team can take both.

When does voting close?

Configured per session. For the free lobby it's typically 24 hours before the first match, so qualification is settled before match day.

What happens if the lobby fills while I'm paying?

Your payment is refunded automatically and you're told what happened. You are never charged for a slot you didn't get.

How do I get the room ID and password?

They appear on your lobby page and are emailed to the captain shortly before each match. Credentials are released per match.

Can I run two teams?

One account captains one team. To play the other title, join someone else's roster as a member.

Which games do you run?

BGMI and Free Fire. A team registers for one title, because the two use different player UIDs.

How are prizes paid?

The lobby winner takes the tier prize (₹2,000–₹3,000), and the Fan Favourite prize is paid separately where configured. See scoring and prizes.

My IGN is different in-game. Is that a problem?

Yes. Players must participate using the same IGN registered on the platform. Players with mismatched or unauthorized IGNs may be removed from the lobby.
