1. Agreement

By using https://grindesports.com you agree to these terms. The platform is operated by Dasari Nandhini. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may change these terms; the effective date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You sign in with Google or Discord. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• One account captains one team. To compete in the other title, join another roster as a member.
• If you are under 18, you may participate only with a parent's or guardian's consent, and they must make any payment.
• Accounts must not be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Rosters and identity

• A team needs 4 players with complete profiles before it can book.
• Registered in-game names and UIDs must belong to the players who actually compete. Players must participate using the same IGN registered on the platform. Players with mismatched or unauthorized IGNs may be removed from the lobby.
• A game UID may be registered to only one team at a time.
• Providing false identity details is grounds for removal from a lobby and forfeiture of the entry fee.

4. Bookings and payment

• Payment is taken through PayU hosted checkout. Your slot is confirmed once PayU confirms the payment.
• A slot is confirmed to a team, for a specific lobby and date. It is not transferable to another team, lobby or date.
• Lobbies are capped. If a lobby fills while your payment is in progress, we refund automatically — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change. The price shown at the time of booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Session packages

• A package is a single prepaid purchase of a fixed number of Tier 1 sessions. It is not a recurring subscription, nothing renews automatically, and no payment instrument is stored.
• Credits belong to the team, not to the individual who paid.
• Credits are valid for the stated period from the moment of purchase. Unused sessions expire and are not refunded.
• Credits can only be spent on the tier the package covers, and cannot be used for the free community lobby.
• Seats remain subject to availability; holding credits does not guarantee a seat in a specific session.

5. Free community lobby and fan voting

• Entry to the free community lobby costs nothing. Slots are awarded to the highest-voted teams when voting closes.
• One vote per account per session, for one team. Votes cannot be changed or withdrawn.
• Creating or coordinating multiple accounts to inflate votes is prohibited. We may disqualify votes and remove teams that benefit from it, at our discretion.
• Vote counts are frozen when voting closes, and the resulting allocation is final.
• Where a Fan Favourite prize is offered, it is awarded on votes alone and independently of the lobby result.
• Qualifying for a free slot does not create any entitlement to a slot in any future session.

6. Conduct

The following will remove a team from a lobby and may result in account suspension, with no refund:

• Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorised software.
• Teaming with other lobbies' participants, match-fixing, or deliberately disrupting a match.
• Playing under an identity other than the registered one.
• Sharing room credentials outside your roster.
• Abuse, harassment or threats toward players, staff or admins.

7. Matches, prizes and results

• Match times and maps are published per session and may be delayed or rescheduled; we will announce changes on the lobby page.
• Room credentials are released shortly before each match, per match.
• Results are recorded per match and scored by the platform. Published results and standings are final once announced.
• Prizes are paid to the registered team's captain. You are responsible for any tax due on winnings.
• We may cancel or reschedule a session — for example if a game update or an outage makes play impossible. In that case entry fees are refunded or credits restored.

8. Availability and liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the game publisher's servers, your internet connection, or your device.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking or package the claim relates to.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@grindesports.com; unused package credits are not refunded on closure.

10. Intellectual property

BGMI, Free Fire and other game names and marks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher. The GRIND ESPORTS name, site content and platform are ours.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact support@grindesports.com first — most issues are resolved that way.
